about natalia
before interiors, there was fashion.
I began my creative career studying and working in fashion design in New York City, where I developed a love for color, pattern, texture, and the art of layering. Fashion taught me to think about composition and contrast — lessons that naturally carried into the spaces I design today.
Now based in Florida, I work as an interior designer creating homes that feel personal, layered, and full of character.
I’m especially drawn to spaces with architectural detail and history. In a world of white boxes, I believe homes should feel expressive and lived in — places where materials, furniture, and objects come together in a way that reflects the people who live there.
Originally from Colombia, I’ve always been inspired by spaces that feel vibrant and alive. That perspective continues to influence how I approach design today.
Alongside my client work, I’m currently documenting the renovation of my own 1930s home, sharing the design decisions, lessons learned, and creative process along the way.
For me, great design isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating homes with character, warmth, and a sense of life.
